Two minutes, twice a day. There is no layering order to memorise — both creams go on last, over anything else you already use.
Morning
- Cleanse and pat skin damp, not dry.
- Warm a pea-sized amount of Day Cream between fingertips.
- Press into face and neck. Press, don't rub.
- Wait 60 seconds before makeup.
Evening
- Cleanse thoroughly to remove the day.
- Apply any serums first, and wait until they have absorbed.
- Take a half pea-sized amount of Night Cream and press it in.
- Sleep.
On Vitamin A
The Night Cream contains Vitamin A. Two things follow from that.
First, you probably do not need a separate retinol on top of it. If you already use one, introduce the Night Cream gradually — two or three evenings a week to begin with — and see how your skin responds before using it nightly.
Second, Vitamin A can increase the skin's sensitivity to sunlight. Wear sunscreen daily while using it.
A few notes
Use less than you think. The Night Cream in particular goes further than most people expect, and applying more does not speed anything up.
Patch test on your inner forearm for 24 hours before first use. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, speak to your dermatologist before adding anything to your routine.
What to expect, and when
Hydration is immediate. Changes in how texture, tone and fine lines look take four to eight weeks of consistent twice-daily use. That is why the return window is 60 days rather than 30 — you should have enough time to actually judge it.
