Shipping
Orders ship from a United States fulfillment center and typically arrive in two to four business days. We ship to all 50 states.

- Flat $6 shipping under $75
- Orders placed before 12pm MST ship the same business day
- You will receive tracking by email as soon as the label is created
We do not currently ship internationally.
Returns
Return anything within 60 days for a full refund. Opened or not.
We use a 60-day window rather than the usual 30 because changes in how texture and fine lines look take four to eight weeks. A 30-day window would not give you enough time to judge the product honestly.
How to return
- Email support@pellamarpro.com with your order number.
- We send you a prepaid return label.
- You do not need to ship the jars back. Keep them or dispose of them.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Email support@pellamarpro.com with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement without asking you to return anything.
Subscriptions
Cancel, pause or reschedule at any time from your account. Changes made before your next processing date apply to that order.
